AMBA Code of Ethics
The members of the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association, believing that the interest of the public and private sector are best served through the voluntary observance of ethical standards, hereby subscribe to the following Code of Ethics.

HONESTY IN ADVERTISING
AMBA members shall endeavor to be accurate in all advertisements and solicitations.
CONFIDENTIALITY
AMBA members shall avoid unauthorized disclosures of confidential information.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
AMBA members shall conduct their business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL
AMBA members shall disclose any equity or financial interest they may have in the collateral being offered to secure a loan.
